The Board of Directors, staff and residents of Mae Bachur Animal Shelter (Humane Society Yukon) would like to extend sincere thanks to Yukon Energy Corporation for their generous cheque of $5000 which will be used for badly needed repairs around the 10-yr old building: a long overdue hot water tank replacement is first on our list! Without these much needed funds, many of these necessary repairs would not get done or take much longer. It's the generosity of Yukoners like Yukon Energy that our Shelter continues to operate and provide care for Yukon animals that so desperately need our help.
