Tappan

I named Nanook "Tappan". As you can see: he is really roughing it out here and just for the record, yes, sometimes humans get to use the couch.

He is really, really strong and quite bossy with affection and food. He actually pushes Stikine, my 2.5 y.o. female dog around. I had him at the vet's 2 weeks ago and he was already 65 pounds at 6.5 months. He's a riot and a performer, to boot: my friend plays the concertina (a small accordion) and Tappan howls right along the whole time. He's very dramatic and I think he feels that he must sing along, or else the gods of opera may get mad!!

He's great company for Stikine and she for him. Everyone really loves him and I've been tempted to get his brother at the shelter. I hope someone has adopted him already.
